Duration

From check-in to dressing and (optional) hair styling until departure, it takes approximately 30–60 minutes.
The actual time may vary depending on outfit selection and store conditions.

Reservation

Reservations can be made via the website up to 10 minutes before your desired time.
Same-day bookings may require waiting.

Notes

• If your hair has already been styled with wax or curling tools, the desired hairstyle may not be fully achievable.
• We regret that dressing services are not available for pregnant customers.
• As preferences for bangs vary, we recommend styling them in advance for a smoother process.
• Hair styling is not included in the price.
• Luggage (including suitcases) can be stored free of charge.

Return Time

Regardless of your reservation time, all items must be returned by 17:00.
Late returns will incur an additional fee of ¥3,000 per 30 minutes.
